Ban Residential Restrictions on Sex Offenders.

How the IRS scandal helped Obama steal his re-election in 2012.

The IRS held up the applications of TEA party and patriot organizations for tax exempt status. When you give a donation to a political organizaion you would like to know it was tax deductable. While the IRS was holding up the application for 501C3 organization that took an opposing viewpoint to Obama's policies, they could not assure those willing to support them that their donation was tax deductable.

So it was hard to raise money to educate the public in what was wrong with the policies with the IRS holding the application for non-profit status held up. So no opposing polical action commitees could be heard while Obama's liberal minded polical action committees could be heard loud and clear. When propaganda is presented without opposition it is easier to convince the public of the lies. Thus by silencing those who opposed his policies Obama stole the election in 2012.

 

Normally I don't agree with Democratic Propaganda organ Move On.org. But this time I do.

"Repeal Megan's Law and SORNA requirements. Develop registry information that is only available to law enforcement.
Provide MANDATORY prison sentence for anyone who uses knowledge of the location of a former offender in order to commit any act of harassment, vandalism or violence against that person or any other person mistakenly identified as a former offender or any innocent bystander.
 
Remove and expunge the records of any registrant who was convicted of any "Romeo & Juliet" offense."

Why Obamacare is unconstitutional even though the Supreme Court said it was.

The Supreme Court declared the individual mandate constitutional by calling it a tax. The reason it is still unconstitutional even if they call it a tax is because the contitution requires all bills that involve revenues must originate in the House. Obamacare originated in the Senate. So even as a tax the individual mandate is unconstitutional.

Why lying is never a good idea. You will be found out!

We live in an age that should be called the Information Age. The Internet has provided us with an overload of information. When I was in prison for sexually abusing my own daughter, I had one cell mate who claimed to be in prison for Robbery. But he had written notebooks full of erotic stories and had hard core pictures copied from magazines. It was inconsistent with his claim of not being a sex offender.

 When he realized I had money to buy televisions and radio he started a rant of "I'm a robber and you are a rapo. So I'm gonna watch what I want when I want on your TV." Finding his actions inconsistent with his claimed charge I had my brother use his Internet access to check what he was in prison for.

His actual charge was 2 counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse! In other words, Rape. His attitude was part of his plan to hide his real charge. Don't lie. It is too easy for people to learn the truth.

The next time we were locked in for count, after the second guard went by I turned off his show and turned on what I wanted to watch. He came down off the upper bunk with his fists up. I kicked him in the stomach driving him against the steel bars of our cell. Then I punched him it in face driving his head into the bars. He went down. I told him, "You can stop the bullshit about being a robber. I know you are in here for 2 counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse and claiming to be better than me. You are a rapo and if you don't stop picking on me I'll out you to the whole damned camp."

After count I stayed in the cell. He went out. Three hours later I was approached by an inmate that my cell mate had claimed was his co-defendent. He asked me, "Why did you say "------------" was a rapo?" I said, "My brother sent me a letter after checking his charge at the Iowa Department of Corrections website and told me what he was in here for." He said,"Can I see the letter?" I went back to the cell at the next scheduled cell line and got the letter and met the inmate on the yard. I handed him the letter. He read the section I pointed to, then ask me,"Can anyone find out what any inmate is in here for?" I told him yes. He gave the letter back to me and left dejected. The next time we were in the cell together for count I maintained control of my TV. After he left after count I stayed to read and the guard came by and handed me two garbage bags. He said,"Pack up up his stuff and I'll come back in while to get them. I asked him "Why?" The guard's reply was "He went to PC" PC is Protective Custody. He was not only a liar but also a coward.

 

Why felons should have the right to vote.

When this country was a British Colony the British Parliament passed laws taxing this colony's goods. This angered the colonists because they had no representative in Parliament. Now like it or not felons do pay taxes. But we are denied access to the vote because of our mistakes. If we admit we did wrong but have not re-offended for a reasonable period of time why should we not be allowed to participate in the political process?

As I’ve already pointed out, most registered sex offenders are one-time offenders who simply made a bad mistake, either by having consensual sex with an underage victim, sexting, urinating in public, streaking, mooning, etc… Most are NOT violent and most are NOT child predators . Unfortunately, the state registries portray all of these people as if they are, and this only creates fear among the public. The registry is intended to protect the people and their children , when in reality it puts offenders ’ lives and the lives of their families at risk. 

 
In California, a 31-year-old man named Ivan Garcia Oliver fatally stabbed a 67-year-old man named Michael Dodele on November 20, 2007 after he had seen Dodele’s listing on the California Attorney General’s Megan’s List web site as a sex offender. See www. lakeconews.com . 
 
Dodele had served 19 years in prison for a rape in Sonoma County. It is alleged that very vague wording in his listing led Oliver to conclude incorrectly that Dodele had been in prison for a crime involving a child. At the time of the stabbing, Oliver had been on parole for a conviction of a previous stabbing. On August 28, 2009, a 28-year -old man named Steven Banister killed a 75-year- old man named Edward Keeley, a registered sex offender. Keeley had been convicted of an undetermined sex crime.
 
Most offenders on the registries have committed just one crime, and most will never re-offend. This does not make them a habitual offender warranting constant monitoring and is only a waste of government resources. Once an offender commits a second crime, only then should they be considered a habitual offender and monitoring makes more sense.
