Husbands Duties

"23 And Adam said, This [is] now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. 24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh." (Ge 2:23-24 AV)

"Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth." (Pr 5:18 AV)

"Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the days of thy vanity: for that [is] thy portion in [this] life, and in thy labour which thou takest under the sun." (Ec 9:9 AV)

"For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;" (Mr 10:7 AV)

"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;" (Eph 5:25 AV)

"Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with [them] according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered." (1Pe 3:7 AV)
